The Tenant In Common Structure Allows Multiple Property Interests Rather Than Just One
With Tenant In Common an Investor may own interests in one, two, three or more properties rather than just one. The same investment amount can be diversified into multiple real estate types and locations.

In an IRS Section 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange the proceeds from the property being sold, (Relinquished Property) may be invested in multiple tenant in common deeded interests, (Acquired Properties). If done properly no tax is due.
